Portal
Portal is a game based on the Half-Life 2 engine. It will shiped with Half-Life 2 Episode 2.

History
Portal was developed as a senior project by students from the DigiPen Institute of Technology, who were then immediately employed by Valve to develop the game into a fully-fledged Half-Life 2 spinoff.

Rumours
It has been hinted by Valve that Portal will "fill some gaps" in the Half-Life 2 story.
