Mice are typically the most favorite point and click device for the digital artists who choose not to use digital tablets. The traditional mice use rubber balls that slide along two scroll wheels. Modern mice, optical mice, use a light beam that is reflected off the surface and back into an optical relay. Optical mice offer extreme precision and control, and they never have to be cleaned like traditional mice.
