Luxology
Luxology is best known as the company that produces the 3D software, modo. They also have a Photoshop plug-in for creating seamless textures called imageSynth.
The company was formed in 2002 by Brad Peebler, Allen Hastings and Stuart Ferguson after they left Newtek to create their own company.
The firm is headquartered in San Mateo, California and they have developers in many other locations.
