Bink and Smacker (RAD Video Tools)

Developed by RAD Game Tools, Bink and Smacker are a pair of video and audio compression codecs used by many game development studios. The freeware utility RAD Video Tools is not only useful for compressing to the Bink format, but also as a general media file converter.
